What happens during the free inspection?
We get up on the roof, check tiles, sheeting, flashings, gutters and downpipes, and photograph every problem we find. You see exactly what we see before any quote is written.
Is the inspection really free?
Yes. The on-site inspection and the photos are free, with no obligation to book further work.
Do you charge for the quote?
No. The quote follows the free inspection, based on the photos and what we find on your roof.
What areas do you cover?
We work across Melbourne's eastern suburbs. Our office is in Ringwood.
What if my roof only needs a repair, not a full restoration?
We tell you straight. If repointing or a leak repair will do the job, that's what we quote, not a bigger job than you need.
Do you work with property managers as well as homeowners?
Yes, we inspect and quote for both, with written reports you can pass on to owners.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 7am to 4.30pm. Saturday by appointment.
